The Argent Console allows tracking of and creates Alerts about all events as they occur on the network. The Argent Console has long been known for its powerful array of Alerts such as Email Alerts, Alphanumeric Pager Alerts, Network Message Alerts, SMS Alerts, SQL Alerts (that fire customer created SQL scripts as an Alert), and Service Alerts (to stop and restart Windows Services). Because of the universal nature of the Argent Console, the ActiveX interface allows the sending of alarms and Alerts from literally any language, from PERL to Visual Basic, to C++.

The Argent Data Consolidator automatically collects, scans, and consolidates all critical data from across the worldwide enterprise into one or more centralized SQL Server and/or ODBC databases, regardless of the hardware platform. The Argent Data Consolidator can process data residing on Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UX, SCO, Solaris, iSeries, Novell, all legacy mainframes and any other data source. The Argent Data Consolidator is completely scalable, extremely robust, and provides a complete audit trail for management.

The Argent SNMP Monitor is the world's leading solution for monitoring hubs, switches, routers, and printers. If any issues are detected, email, pager or other alerts are triggered via the Argent Console. The Argent SNMP Monitor can even monitor environmental devices like motion and smoke detectors, security systems, temperature and humidity gauges, and water sensors. So, if the AC unit in your server room fails, the Argent SNMP Monitor triggers alerts before servers start overheating and failing.

Argent for Exchange is a complete automation solution, automating all the essential but labor-intensive chores that all customers must perform to ensure Exchange runs smoothly. It uses different approaches to monitoring Exchange: PowerShell, Exchange Management Shell, WMI, and classic Windows APIs. Argent for Exchange monitors Exchange 2007 baselines including DNS, Active Directory, Service Health, System Health and System Messages; it monitors Exchange 2007 infrastructure especially the Transport functionalities; It monitors Exchange 2007 mailbox server as a whole as well as the individual mailbox.
